You’ll need to let us know whether you’ve decided to keep or return these by emailing us at email@example.com (by the second day after you’ve received your goods), and if you decide to return them, we’ll organise a reverse pick up the very next day.
You will need to return products in their original form with all barcodes and tags attached (and unused, of course!). Once we’ve done our quality check, that refund will be processed in three days.
