CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild soap.
Dry immediately after washing to prevent water marks.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or scrubbing.
Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave use.
Store in a dry, moisture-free area.
As this is a handcrafted product, slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected.
Antique stains, pits, soldering marks, and detailing may differ and include minor imperfections.
The products have been finely polished, but the brass may naturally oxidize and change color over time.
These items cannot be repolished.
With use, scratches may appear, as brass is prone to scratching.
Best is to keep them in its original packaging after use.

Return & Exchange
- Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund. You can initiate and exchange here.
- For non sale items, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for a credit note which is valid for a year from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds.
