The collar

A small bug, in stone and thread

DESCRIPTION

Firefly, our muse for the festive season, takes inspiration from the delicate, fleeting glow of fireflies that appear at dusk and make the night feel a little more magical. The Strut Kaftan brings that spirit to a green polka foil print with a small embroidered detail at the collar.
Cut in lightweight Cotton Silk, this free-size kaftan has an easy silhouette with a regular collar and half kaftan sleeves.
Polka dots in foil sit across the green base, giving the classic motif a festive finish while keeping the overall look graphic and considered.
The collar is finished with a red and aqua stone bug embroidery, with a concealed underplacket and a button stitched in fuchsia thread for a small flash of colour.
Finished with a baby hem and an easy free-size fit, it is made for daytime festivities, mehendis and long lunches.

A PLACE YOU CAN REMEMBER BY SCENT

Walk into our store and you’ll find Neroli in the air. It has become a familiar part of stepping into Nicobar.

There’s a personal reason we chose Neroli, as it brings a certain warmth and happiness that’s hard to put into words.

“It’s my mother’s favourite scent and it reminds me of being close to the ocean. It’s nostalgic and fresh.”

Simran Lal, Co-founder, Nicobar
