The details

Turn around: a blue yoke at the back

A V-neckline and full raglan sleeves, on a fit-and-flare shape with plenty of movement. The bust panels are cut on the bias, so the checks change direction. Side pockets and a concealed side-seam zip keep the line clean.

The back yoke switches to cerulean blue checks, a contrast you only see from behind.

Craftsmanship

Yarn-dyed cotton checks, sequin embroidery

It begins with the yarn: 100% cotton, dyed before it is woven into berry and lime checks, soft and comfortable. Sequin embroidery runs across the sleeves, bust panels and back, small flashes against the colour. The hem is finished with a band of blue checks.
