Turn around: one zardozi flower

A shirt collar and three-quarter kaftan sleeves on a loose, mid-length shape. The hem dips at the back and is finished with a neat baby hem. Ivory shell buttons run along the placket, collar and cuffs.

Craftsmanship

Cotton silk, in chartreuse

It begins with the cloth: 85% cotton and 15% silk, light, in a chartreuse that reads bright against ivory or gold. The colour is left plain, so nothing competes with it. At the back, the flower is worked in zardozi.
