CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Weight: 240gms
  • Burn Time: 40 hours
  • Hand-poured in India.

  • The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge.

  • Do not allow wick trimmings, dust, etc.

    to accumulate in the wax pool.

    Trim your wick to 1/4""-1/2"" in length each time you light the candle, removing any bloom from the previous burn.

  • Ensure that your candle is placed on a heat-safe surface.

  • To avoid soot marks on the glass, light the candle in a still, non-windy area.

  • Allow it to cool for some time before touching.

  • To ensure safety and longevity, be sure to check the bottom of your candle for additional instructions.

  • Pop a tealight into the glass once the candle burns out or use as a drinking glass to continue using it for years to come

Return & Exchange

     

    • Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, please let us know within 48 hours and we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund. You can initiate an exchange here.
    • For non sale items, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for a credit note which is valid for a year from the date of issue. We do not offer cash refunds.
    • Here’s how you can return or exchange your order:
    AT-HOME COLLECTION

    You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges here. 
    A return shipping fee of INR 200 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for your pickups.

    AT A NICOBAR STORE

    You can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Nicobar store.

    Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap/box costs, if paid, will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.

    • All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
    • Wedding apparel sets are non-returnable. You can, however, initiate an exchange for them.
    • The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges: 
      Gift cards, fragrances, wellness products, toys, fillers, tea lights, wallpapers, boxers, rugs, and furniture pieces.
