Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, please let us know within 48 hours and we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund. You can initiate an exchange here.

You can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Nicobar store.

Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap/box costs, if paid, will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Wedding apparel sets are non-returnable. You can, however, initiate an exchange for them.
