Viscose silk, with balloons in zari

It begins with the cloth: 88% viscose and 12% silk, soft, with a cool sheen in light blue. Hot air balloons and stars in silver zari are embroidered across the body. Red boondi stitch runs along the shoulder and the hem, and ivory shell buttons close the neckband and placket.
