      • We hope you love your order! But if it’s not quite right, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.
      • As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue.

      You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchange here.

      A return shipping fee of INR 200 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for pickups.

      You can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Nicobar store.

      • Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap/box costs, if paid, will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.
      • All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
      • Wedding apparel sets are non-returnable. You can, however, initiate an exchange for them.
