CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Glasses: Handwash only Stirrers: Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild soap.

Dry immediately after washing to prevent water marks.

Avoid using harsh chemicals or scrubbing.

Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave use.

Store in a dry, moisture-free area.

As this is a handcrafted product, slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected.

Antique stains, pits, soldering marks, and detailing may differ and include minor imperfections.

The products have been finely polished, but the brass may naturally oxidize and change color over time.

These items cannot be repolished.

With use, scratches may appear, as brass is prone to scratching.

Coasters Spot clean only.

Cards Store the cards in a cool.

Dry place to avoid warping.

Keep your cards in their box whenever you aren't using them.

Avoid putting the cards in your pocket since sweat or moisture could absorb into them and also prevent the corners from bending.

We hope you love your order! But if it’s not quite right, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue.

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchange here.

A return shipping fee of INR 200 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for pickups.

AT A NICOBAR STORE

You can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Nicobar store.

Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap/box costs, if paid, will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Wedding apparel sets are non-returnable. You can, however, initiate an exchange for them.
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
