CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Burn time: 50 hours Warning: Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Burn within sight, away from drafts and flammable objects.

Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use for a clean, even burn.

Allow wax to pool evenly before extinguishing.

Avoid burning completely or letting the flame touch the glass.

Storage & Care: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

For best experience, burn for 2–3 hours at a time and relight only once wax has solidified.

We hope you love your order! But if it’s not quite right, you can return it within 15 days of delivery.
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. We offer a credit note valid for a year from the date of issue.

AT-HOME COLLECTION

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchange here.

A return shipping fee of INR 200 will be deducted from all orders to arrange for pickups.

AT A NICOBAR STORE

You can return and exchange your items free of charge at any Nicobar store.

Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap/box costs, if paid, will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Wedding apparel sets are non-returnable. You can, however, initiate an exchange for them.
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
