• You’ve picked upto three things to try. We’re going to charge you for these, but if you decide to return these please inform us within three days of receiving the shipment, and we’ll send you a full refund (for shipping as well).
• For every product returned from the trial list, we will refund the price of that product and its corresponding shipping charges.
• You’ll need to let us know whether you’ve decided to keep or return these by emailing us at care@nicobar.com (by the third day after you’ve received your goods), and if you decide to return them, we’ll organise a reverse pick-up.
• You will need to return products in their original form with all barcodes and tags attached (and unused, of course!). Once we’ve done our quality check, that refund will be processed within four to five days.
